| Responsibilities: |
| 1. Co-ordinate the clinic staff, schedule and services. |
| 2. Develop, review and implement clinic operational policies and procedures. |
| 3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers at the medical clinic |
| 4. Handle incoming calls, messages and faxes as required. |
| 5. Order supplies and schedule maintenance and repairs of clinic equipment. |
| 6. Project staffing needs and complete hiring procedures in collaboration with clinic manager. |
| 7. Training of new staff memebers and time management. |
| 8. Auditing the daily schedule for booking conflicts and scheduling errors. |
| 9. Performing employee reviews to provide constructive feedback on their performance. |
| 10. Coordinate with other employees to enhance clinic productivity and business promotion. |

| Skills Requirements: |
| 1. Candidates for the position should have minimum of B.Sc. qualification. |
| 2. At least three years of experience in the healthcare field. |
| 3. Strong communication (verbal and written) skills. |
| 4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. |
| 5. Experience working with electroncic medical records (EMR). |
